Overview: 

We are looking for a motivated individual to fill an onsite hourly recruiting role. This position will provide support of day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team related to all aspects of hourly recruitment. 

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strategic partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirement
• Correspond with all applicants and schedule interviews, send offer letters, provide feedback.
• Retain employees thru counseling on attendance, training and evaluations.
• Easily problem solve issues that may arise.
• Communicate and follow up with production supervisors and managers on Newbold Services related matter.
• Update live spreadsheets and forms.
• Attend local recruiting events such as job fairs, community resource center outreach, etc.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisor role is preferred.
